π Teacher Appreciation
We are so excited to celebrate our teachers next week! We are collecting donations this week for our big raffle where every teacher gets a gift during the Teacher Appreciation luncheon. Please consider donating a gift, money, or gift card toward that raffle to the office by this Friday, May 2nd. If you have questions about the donation, please text Laura Crook 334-444-3640.
Next week, students will have two opportunities to show love to teachers!

βTuesday: shower with flowers! Bring a special treat to show some love to your classroom teacher. Students can bring something from their teacher's favorite things page, Amazon wish list, a flower from your yard, or a note to say thank you! Tuesday is also School Nurse's Day, so you might choose to bring a small treat or gift card for Nurse Leslie as well.

Thursday: spoil our specialists! Choose one or two of our amazing specialist teachers and show them how special THEY are! Can bring a small gift card or anything off of their favorite things list.

π‘FAAM Fling
Thank you so much to all of our amazing volunteers who made the Fling such a success this year. I'm sorry the weather delayed us for a bit, but luckily it passed, and we were able to open the rides back up and continue the fun. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time.
π PTA BOARD POSITION 2025-2025
We have two board positions open for next year:

βKindergarten Open House Coordinator: This person coordinates with our website manager to open registration, communicates with registered parents, and prepares materials for the event. The coordinator has volunteers to help before and after. They are not required to come to any meetings but may come to the one before Christmas to talk about how we can help.

βReflections Coordinator: The Reflections Coordinator organizes the Reflections art competition that's held each year. If you're interested in heading this up next year, please let us know as soon as possible.
π Yearbooks
Yearbook orders are CLOSED. We have ordered some extras, and those will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. When we know when yearbooks will be delivered, we will be sure to send out information on when extras can be purchased.

π 2025-2026 School Year
Students will start back Tuesday, August 5th. SAVE THE DATE for Open House! We are doing things a little differently this year, and each grade level will have an Open House, rather than it being a come-and-go time. Go ahead and make a note of when your child's grade level is scheduled so that you can be sure not to miss it!
